C'SCOR GLOBAL INTERTRADE CORP. is seeking a sales professional to oversee Modern Trade and Key Accounts in Metro Manila. The role focuses on driving volume, collections, and trade marketing initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with major account personnel.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of FMCG experience, hands-on exposure to modern trade, and a BS Marketing/Administration/Entrepreneur or related degree. Based in Sta.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in personal care or related FMCG.
• Experience handling modern trade accounts.
• Graduate of BS Marketing, Administration, Entrepreneur or related course.
• Amenable to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities in Modern Trade and Key Accounts to meet volume and trade objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets by account, brand, and SKU.
• Deliver Letters, Statements of Account, and Confirmation of Account to clients.
• Plan and implement volume, distribution, and Trade Marketing sell-out programs.
• Conduct business reviews with all Key Outlets to develop action plans.
• Maintain relationships with Top Accounts' Key Personnel and buyers.
• Coordinate with supervisor and other departments on approvals and deliveries.

About the role

This role manages activities across Modern Trade and Key Accounts to achieve set Volume, Collection, and Trade Marketing objectives. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, implementing trade marketing strategies, and maintaining strong business relationships with key account personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage activities in all Modern Trade/Key Accounts handled to achieve set Volume, Collection and Trade Marketing objectives
• Achieve set Sales Volume objectives (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
• Achieve set sales volume targets by Account, by Brand, by SKU (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
• Deliver Letters, Statements of Account, and Confirmation of Account to clients
• Plan and implement specific volume, distribution, and Trade Marketing sell-out programs in all accounts handled
• Conduct Business Reviews with all Key Outlets handled to assess past performance and develop specific action plans and strategies
• Maintain close and strong business relationships with Top Accounts' Key Personnel and buyers
• Coordinate with immediate superior for approvals, accomplishments, work progress, suggestions and recommendations
• Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Production, Warehouse, Human Resources) regarding accounts receivable concerns, stock availability, delivery schedules, and manpower requirements

About you
