• 3+ years sales, business development or SDR experience with quota evidence.
• Strong outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
• Native or near-native English for conversations with U.S.-based school leaders.
• CRM proficiency such as HubSpot and familiarity with sales-engagement platforms.
• Strong research and personalized outreach capability.
• Comfort working U.S. Eastern/Central business hours from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Research target K–12 schools and decision-makers.
• Run personalized email/phone/LinkedIn/video outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects.
• Book qualified meetings and build pipeline.
