Job summary

Origo BPO is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to serve as an on-the-ground HR partner for Operations leaders, people managers, and staff. The role emphasizes employee and labor relations, performance management, and HR compliance, while leveraging data and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience handling employee relations, labor-related matters, or HR operations in a BPO, shared services, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience or demonstrated capability in handling employee relations and workplace concerns.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, due process requirements, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
• Experience supporting performance management, employee engagement, workforce initiatives, or HR operations.
• Experience working in an operations-driven environment with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data visualization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders to support workforce and business objectives.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, attendance concerns, and workplace issues.
• Serve as an accessible HR resource for employees and leaders within assigned units.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees on HR matters.
• Develop an understanding of units, workforce dynamics, operational requirements, and people-related risks.
• Support HR programs affecting assigned business units and escalate high-risk matters.
• Provide practical HR recommendations aligned with policies and labor requirements.
• Monitor compliance with HR standards and confidentiality in sensitive cases.
