Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience handling employee relations, labor-related matters, or HR operations in a BPO/shared services.
• Strong experience in employee relations and workplace concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, attendance concerns, and workplace issues.
• Conduct investigations, disciplinary matters, and ensure proper documentation.
• Support compliance with labor regulations, due process, and Code of Conduct.
