The role leads workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management, ensuring consistent, high-quality People service delivery and strong partnership across the business.

Qualifications

• Broad HR experience, ideally as a People Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Experience supporting the financial services or insurance industries.
• Proven track record leading and developing teams within a BPO or shared services environment.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and executives to deliver strategic people initiatives.
• Strong leadership with the ability to influence and drive organizational outcomes.
• Exposure to complex, multinational organizations, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Solid track record in strategic business partnering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to align people solutions with business priorities.

The purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic People Business Partner, supporting a designated function or business unit by delivering effective people solutions that enable business success. The role ensures compliance with applicable employment laws, policies, and regulatory requirements while leading key people initiatives such as workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

Partnering closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, this role helps shape and execute people strategies that align with business priorities. It provides expert guidance on people-related matters, drives the successful implementation of People programs, and ensures consistent, high-quality People service delivery.

The role also promotes collaboration across the broader People function, connects leaders with specialized People expertise when needed, and supports the adoption of the People operating model to enhance organizational performance and achieve business objectives.Preferred Experience:

• Broad Human Resources experience, ideally in a People Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
• Experience supporting the financial services or insurance industry.
