Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support HR programs, employee relations, and workforce administration across multi-site operations in the Philippines. You will work closely with operations leaders to implement HR policies, ensure compliance, and foster a positive employee experience.

The role requires at least 2 years of HR experience in labor relations, talent management, and data management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of HR experience in labor relations, talent management, employee engagement, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, across assigned business units.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including transfers, promotions, confirmations, regularizations, and separations.
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs, enrollment activities, and claims processing in coordination with shared services teams.
• Facilitate employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, investigations, and due process proceedings while ensuring compliance.
• Serve as a trusted HR contact for managers and employees regarding workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and people management practices.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote communication, collaboration, and organizational culture.
• Support compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal HR policies across locations.
• Partner with operations leaders to implement HR solutions that support business objectives.
• Assist in the design and execution of localized employee programs and organizational initiatives.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and HR records while ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and employee concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Willing to travel and support both office-based and field-based operations.
