Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate restaurant teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in inventory management, cost control, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Solid experience in Japanese restaurant operations.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate restaurant teams to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, scheduling, and restaurant performance metrics
• Solid experience in Japanese restaurant operations
