Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dining service standards, food safety, and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate restaurant teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in inventory management, cost control, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Solid experience in Japanese restaurant operations.
