Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in dining or restaurant management.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service excellence with guest focus.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in busy environments.
• Assist in payroll and attendance record keeping.
• Familiar with service charge administration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house dining staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor table management and guest flow to optimize seating.
• Ensure staff adhere to service standards, hygiene, and presentation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and feedback with effective resolution.
• Assist in training and onboarding new dining staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Support inventory management and ordering of dining supplies and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
• Handle reservations and manage peak-hour operations.
• Report issues to senior management and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to promotional activities and events hosted by the restaurant.
