Job summary

RCBC is seeking an absentee Service Manager/Service Officer/Service Associate to cover in their absence, ensuring strict adherence to bank policies, BSP/AMLA regulations, and other external regulatory rules while delivering excellent customer service. Willing to be assigned in Cavite/MIMAROPA (Calapan) and other branches within the area of assignment.

The role requires a minimum four-year degree in business or a service-oriented field and knowledge of branch operations, with preference for sales

Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a banking environment.
Strong knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
Experience with sales/marketing in banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
Assists in performing compliance reviews on case-to-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
Performs ad hoc tasks such as special investigations/reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duties, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.
Ensures BC transactions are processed within set limits and approvals per bank policies and Operations Manual.
