Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree in business or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Experience in customer service and sales within a bank is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as absentee Service Manager/SO/SA in their absence.
• Assist in compliance reviews as assigned by Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks including investigations, reconciliations, ATM duties as required.
• Ensure BC transactions adhere to bank policies and operations manual.
