Job summary

RCBC is seeking an absentee Service Manager/Service Officer/Service Associate to cover in their absence, ensuring strict adherence to bank policies, BSP/AMLA regulations, and other external regulatory rules while delivering excellent customer service. Willing to be assigned in Cavite/MIMAROPA (Calapan) and other branches within the area of assignment.

The role requires a minimum four-year degree in business or a service-oriented field and knowledge of branch operations, with preference for sales

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Experience with sales/marketing in banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
• Assists in performing compliance reviews on case-to-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Performs ad hoc tasks such as special investigations/reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duties, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensures BC transactions are processed within set limits and approvals per bank policies and Operations Manual.

• Ensures that Business Center (BC) transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and/or the Operations Manual of the branch and other regulatory bodies.

• Someone who can work efficiently and effectively in a banking and sales environment, who feels confident in their working capacity and be able to handle clients professionaly.
• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• An advantage if with sales/ marketing experience in a bank.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.
