Job summary

RCBC in Masbate City, Philippines seeks a diligent branch operations professional to support the Service Manager in managing branch tasks, vault/ATM cash levels, and tellering duties, while ensuring strict adherence to BSP/AMLA and internal policies. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting business objectives through various service-related initiatives.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in business or service industry field.
Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
Sales/marketing experience in banking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supports the Service Manager in managing branch operations, vault/ATM cash levels, vault operations and tellering functions.
Ensures compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Analyzes service tasks to increase deposits, fees and revenues; cross-selling referrals.
Manages risk to prevent reputational, monetary and other losses.
Supports achieving branch service standards with fast, error-free processing.
Manages productivity and administrative matters within guidelines, budgets and limits.
Coaches Service Associates to ensure proper training according to Management expectations.
