Job summary

RCBC is seeking an absentee Service Manager/Officer/Associate to support the Quezon City area operations. This role ensures strict adherence to bank policies, AMLA regulations, and external rules while delivering excellent customer service.

The position covers acting in the absence of designated managers, performing compliance reviews, and handling ad hoc tasks to maintain smooth branch operations. Willing to be assigned to different branches within the area.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year degree in business or a service-oriented field.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assumes absentee Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, or Service Associate-Pickup Teller roles in their absence.
• Performs compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Handles ad hoc tasks such as investigations, reconciling accounts, ATM duties, etc. as directed by the District Service Head.
• Ensures BC transactions are processed within policy and regulatory limits.
