Job summary

YDC in San Pedro, Laguna is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Supply Chain Manager to manage day-to-day procurement and invoice processing while supporting the Supply Chain and Quality Manager. You will work with internal teams across multiple sites to ensure accurate menu updates and KPI reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations role, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with multi-site teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchasing

• Handle non-food procurement for recurring orders and new site deployments
• Place orders and coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records

Invoice & Financial Administration

• Process incoming invoices and verify against purchase orders
• Route invoices for approval and follow up on discrepancies or delays

Menu Management

• Update and maintain menus across relevant systems and sites
• Coordinate changes with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate implementation

Reporting & KPI Tracking

• Compile and maintain KPI reports on a regular basis
• Flag variances and report to the Supply Chain Manager

Requirements

Must Have

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a similar operations role
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail, especially for data entry and invoice handling
• Good written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
