Job summary

YDC in San Pedro, Laguna is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Supply Chain Manager to manage day-to-day procurement and invoice processing while supporting the Supply Chain and Quality Manager. You will work with internal teams across multiple sites to ensure accurate menu updates and KPI reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations role, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with multi-site teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a similar operations role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with international or multi-site teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle non-food procurement for recurring orders and new site deployments.
• Process incoming invoices and verify against purchase orders.
• Update and maintain menus across relevant systems and sites.
• Compile and maintain KPI reports on a regular basis.
