Job summary

Yngen Holdings Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage day-to-day procurement, invoice processing, and KPI reporting across multiple sites in the Philippines.

You will support the Supply Chain and Quality Manager, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate procurement records, menus updates, and timely supplier communications to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a similar operations role.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, especially for data entry and invoice handling.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle food / non-food procurement for recurring orders and new site deployments
• Place orders and coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
• Process incoming invoices and verify against purchase orders
• Route invoices for approval and follow up on discrepancies or delays
• Update and maintain menus across relevant systems and sites
• Coordinate changes with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate implementation
• Compile and maintain KPI reports on a regular basis
• Flag variances and report to the Supply Chain Manager
