Job summary

RCBC in Masbate is seeking personnel to cover absentee roles at the Bank’s Business Center. The role requires handling branch operations in a banking and sales-focused environment, ensuring policy compliance and excellent customer service.

The candidate should be a 4-year graduate with a business-oriented degree and willing to be assigned to multiple branches within the area.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year degree in business or service industry.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in banking is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to different branches within the area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
• Assists in performing compliance reviews on a case-to-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Performs ad hoc tasks such as special investigations/reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officers, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensures that BC transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and/or the Operations Manual of the branch and other regulatory bodies.
