Job summary

RCBC in Quezon City is seeking qualified candidates to support absentee management in Business Center operations. The role ensures adherence to bank policies and AML/regulatory rules, while delivering strong customer service and achieving business objectives.

The job may require assignments to different branches in the service area, with emphasis on compliance and accurate processing of transactions per Operations Manual and bank policy.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or a service-oriented field.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Sales experience in banking is a plus.
• Willing to work across multiple branches within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Cover as Service Manager/Officer/Associate in their absence.
• Assist in compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as directed by Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as investigations, reconciliations, ATM duty, etc., as assigned.
• Ensure BC transactions are processed within policy limits and approvals.

Job Summary

• Assumes the position of absentee Business Center personnel. Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance to the policies and procedures of the Bank, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules. Supports the business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives geared towards total customer satisfaction.

How will you contribute?

• Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate(SA), Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
• Assists in performing compliance reviews on case to case as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Performs ad hoc tasks i.e. special investigation/review, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officers, etc. as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensures that Business Center (BC) transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and/or the Operations Manual of the branch and other regulatory bodies.

• Someone who can work efficiently and effectively in a banking and sales environment, who feels confident in their working capacity and be able to handle clients professionaly.
• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• An advantage if with sales/ marketing experience in a bank.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.
