Qualifications

• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
• Extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in a bank is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
• Assists in performing compliance reviews on case to case as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Performs ad hoc tasks such as special investigation/review, reconciling unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officers, etc. as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensures that BC transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals and authorities per Bank policies and Operations Manual.

Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance to the policies and procedures of the Bank, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules. Supports the business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives geared towards total customer satisfaction.
• Willing to be assigned in the following locations: Manila

How will you contribute?
