Job summary

RCBC is seeking an absentee support professional for its Legazpi, Bicol area. The role involves acting in absence of Service Manager/Officer/Associate and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory rules while delivering excellent customer service.

The candidate should be a 4-year graduate in business or related fields and willing to be deployed across branches within the area. Banking operations knowledge and sales experience are advantageous.

• Experience in banking operations and branch procedures.
• Proven ability to ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and other external rules.
• Strong customer service focus with sales orientation in a banking environment.
• Willing to be assigned to multiple branches within the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as absentee Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
• Assist in performing compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as directed by the Regional Service Head.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks such as investigations, reconciliations of unbalanced accounts, ATM duties, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensure BC transactions are processed within set limits, approvals, and authorities per Bank policies and Operations Manual.

• Ensures that Business Center (BC) transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and/or the Operations Manual of the branch and other regulatory bodies.

• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• An advantage if with sales/ marketing experience in a bank.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.
