Job summary

RCBC is seeking a proactive candidate for a Service Manager/Service Officer role in Makati. The incumbent will act in the absence of senior staff, uphold BSP/AML regulations, and drive customer service excellence to meet total customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year degree in business or service industry.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-absentia coverage as Service Manager, Service Officer, or Service Associate.
• Support compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as assigned by Regional Service Head.
• Handle ad hoc tasks including investigations, unbalanced account reconciliations, and ATM duties.
• Ensure BC transactions adhere to bank policies and Operations Manual limits.

Job Summary

• Assumes the position of absentee Business Center personnel. Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance to the policies and procedures of the Bank, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules. Supports the business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives geared towards total customer satisfaction.


• Willing to be assigned in the following locations: Makati

How will you contribute?

• Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate(SA), Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.


• Assists in performing compliance reviews on case to case as assigned by the Regional Service Head.


• Performs ad hoc tasks i.e. special investigation/review, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officers, etc. as assigned by the District Service Head.


• Ensures that Business Center (BC) transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and/or the Operations Manual of the branch and other regulatory bodies.

• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
