Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines is seeking an absentee Business Center personnel to support branch operations with strict compliance to bank policies and regulatory rules, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to service initiatives for total customer satisfaction.

Willing to be assigned in Masbate; the role includes acting as Service Manager/Officer/Associate in absence, performing compliance reviews, and handling ad hoc tasks while ensuring transactions stay within authorized limits.

Qualifications

• At least a 4-year degree in business or a service-oriented field.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Experience or familiarity with sales/marketing in banking is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned to different branches within the area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
• Assists in performing compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Performs ad hoc tasks such as investigations/reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duties, etc.
• Ensures BC transactions are processed within set limits, approvals and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and Operations Manual.

How will you contribute?

• Ensures that Business Center (BC) transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and/or the Operations Manual of the branch and other regulatory bodies.

• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• An advantage if with sales/ marketing experience in a bank.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment
