Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a customer service professional to provide competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and BSP/AMLA regulations.

You will help identify risk areas and support the branch's objectives through excellent service, with willingness to be assigned at Fort Bonifacio, Burgos Circle, Mckinley Hills, or AY Yuchengco locations.

• Willing to be assigned in the following locations: Fort Bonifacio Burgos Circle; Mckinley Hills; AY Yuchengco

• Capable in engaging to the business center's clients and offer an excellent customer service and experience.
• Works in a systematic manner to keep up with administrative functions delegated to him/her.
