Job summary

RCBC is seeking personnel to cover absentee roles in its Business Center, ensuring strict compliance with BSP/AML regulations and bank policies. The candidate should be willing to be assigned to Catarman and other branches within the area, bringing strong customer service and sales orientation to support the bank's objectives.

The role requires a 4-year degree in business or a related field, extensive knowledge of branch operations, and the ability to perform compliance checks and ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 4-year degree in business or any service-industry oriented course.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in banking is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as absentee Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA) or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
• Assist in performing compliance reviews on a case-to-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as special investigations/reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officer duties, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensure that BC transactions are processed within set limits, approvals, and authorities as prescribed by Bank policies and Operations Manual.
