TGT Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our MSP team in the Philippines. You will support clients across AU, US, UK, and NZ, resolving issues on workstations, servers, and networks, while learning in a fast-paced MSP environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive monitoring, and hands-on troubleshooting across diverse IT systems in a dynamic, globally oriented company.

Qualifications

• More than 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
• Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations
• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions: Address issues and service requests related to all technology across workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks and software.
• Monitoring and Management of System Alerts: Proactively monitor servers, networks, and applications to address issues before escalation.
• Documentation and knowledge sharing; Communication with customers.
