Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as IT Support Analyst or Application Support.
• Experience with cloud-based software solutions and basic architecture concepts.
• Experience creating support articles and step-by-step guides.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus.
• Experience with SQL database, queries and reports.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical customers.
