TGT Global in Manila's BGC is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and their clients.

You will handle incident management, core admin tasks, and proactive monitoring across workstations, servers, networks, and applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role within a collaborative, growth-driven office culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, Windows Server Admin.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Incident management and ticket resolutions across devices, networks, and applications.
• Perform general administration tasks and documentation.
• Monitor system alerts proactively to prevent issues before they escalate.
• Communicate with customers clearly and share knowledge within the team.
