Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Corporate IT Operations Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of virtual payment cards, track approvals, and coordinate procurement and invoicing activities. Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations coordination or similar detail‑oriented roles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with multiple requests and approvals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional coordination.
• Willingness to work night shift with overlap to US Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of virtual payment cards, including request intake, approval tracking, subscription assignment, card rotation, and cancellation.
• Maintain records mapping active virtual cards to subscriptions, requesters, owners, approvers, and budget owners.
• Reconcile monthly card statements and investigate discrepancies or inactive cards.
• Identify cards tied to cancelled or unused services and coordinate closure with stakeholders.
• Track IT invoices from receipt through payment and maintain visibility of status.
• Route invoices and requests through approval workflows and document for audit.
• Track hardware, software, and supply orders, coordinating with vendors and Finance on quotes and status.
• Maintain vendor records including contact info, contract dates and terms.
• Coordinate calendars for IT meetings, vendor calls, and cross‑functional reviews.
• Capture meeting notes and track action items to completion.
