Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Corporate IT Operations Coordinator to manage virtual payment cards, invoicing, procurement, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and collaboration with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.

Night shift with daily overlap to US Pacific Time is expected, in a hybrid setup at Eastwood, Quezon City. You will drive efficiency through process improvements and maintain documentation for audits while supporting leadership with

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT operations coordination or similar roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional work.
Ability to work night shifts with overlaps to US Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the full lifecycle of virtual payment cards and manage approvals.
Maintain records linking cards to subscriptions, requesters, owners and budgets.
Reconcile statements and investigate discrepancies and inactive cards.
Track IT invoices from receipt to payment and ensure audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate procurement of hardware, software, and supplies and liaise with vendors.
Prepare recurring IT spend reports for leadership.
