Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking an IT Operations & Finance Coordinator for a hybrid night-shift role based in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will manage the lifecycle of virtual payment cards, maintain accurate records, and reconcile invoices while coordinating procurement and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating IT operations, admin tasks, procurement or finance operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple requests, invoices, orders, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full lifecycle of virtual payment cards: intake, approval, subscription, rotation, cancellation.
• Maintain records mapping cards to subscriptions, requesters, owners, approvers, and budget owners.
• Reconcile monthly card statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Track IT invoices from receipt to payment and ensure visibility of status.
• Coordinate procurement orders with vendors, Finance, and Procurement.
• Maintain vendor records including contacts and terms.
• Draft and share recurring IT spend and action-item reports.
