Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking an IT Business Operations Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of virtual cards, invoices, and procurement workflows. This role requires meticulous coordination across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams, with daily overlap to US Pacific Time.

You will document processes, prepare operational reports for IT leadership, and help automate recurring tasks while maintaining vendor records and meeting notes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT operations coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and invoices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full lifecycle of virtual cards: requests, approvals, subscriptions, rotation, and cancellation.
• Reconcile monthly statements, investigate discrepancies, and close unused cards.
• Track IT invoices from receipt to payment and route through approval workflows.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, and key terms; document processes for repeatability.
• Prepare IT spend and orders reports for leadership; support cross-functional reviews.
• Collaborate with IT Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams; provide status updates.
