MicroSourcing is hiring a Technology Operations Coordinator in the Philippines. This hybrid role requires coordinating the full lifecycle of virtual payment cards, subscriptions, and IT procurement, with daily overlap to US Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT operations, admin tasks, procurement, and finance workflows.
• Strong organization and ability to track invoices, orders, and approvals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of virtual cards and subscriptions, approvals, and renewals.
• Maintain records mapping cards to subscriptions, requesters, owners, and budget holders.
• Reconcile invoices, investigate discrepancies, and close unused cards.
• Track IT invoices from receipt to payment with status visibility.
• Route receipts through approvals, keeping audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor procurement orders with vendors, finance, and procurement teams.
• Maintain vendor records, contacts, contracts, and terms.
• Coordinate IT meetings, vendor calls, and cross-functional reviews.
• Capture decisions and action items, and drive items to completion.
• Prepare recurring IT spend and order-status reports for leadership.
• Maintain team docs, runbooks, and shared files; document repeatable processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring admin tasks.
• Collaborate with IT Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Security; escalate with context.
• Ensure daily overlap with US Pacific Time for meetings and approvals.
