Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator in Eastwood/Quezon City with hybrid work arrangement and night shift compatibility. You will manage the full lifecycle of virtual payment cards, maintain precise vendor and financial records, and coordinate multi-team workflows across IT, Finance, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT operations coordination or similar detail-oriented roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, invoices, and orders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial, vendor, procurement, and operational records.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full lifecycle of virtual payment cards: intake, approval tracking, subscription assignment, rotation and cancellation.
• Maintain records mapping cards to subscriptions, requesters, owners, approvers, and budgets.
• Reconcile monthly card statements and investigate discrepancies or unexpected charges.
• Coordinate closure of unused/cancelled cards with stakeholders.
• Track IT invoices from receipt to payment, following up on pending items.
