Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our Eastwood-based team on a hybrid model with night shift. You will manage lifecycle tasks for virtual payment cards, maintain accuracy in card-to-subscription mappings, and handle IT invoices and procurement workflows.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in IT operations, procurement, and finance processes, and can collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT operations coordination or similar detail-oriented roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Willingness to work night shift with overlap to US Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of virtual payment cards, including intake, approval tracking, subscription assignment, card rotation and cancellation.
• Maintain records mapping cards to subscriptions, requesters, owners, approvers, and budget owners.
• Reconcile monthly card statements and investigate discrepancies or inactive cards.
• Track invoices from receipt to payment and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate procurement of hardware, software, and supplies with vendors and Finance.
