Job summary

Schneider Electric Philippines is seeking an Inside Service Sales Representative to manage opportunities under $20,000 and drive renewal and non-recurring revenue growth within the One Services portfolio. You will build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, conducting regular cadence calls to review priorities and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, contract management, account management, or inside sales support.
• Experience managing customer relationships, service contracts, renewals, or subscriptions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities below $20,000, including Services, and the One Services portfolio.
• Conduct 15–20 outbound calls daily on expired contracts and opportunities to improve renewals and capture rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead regular cadence calls with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to review priorities and pipeline."
• Review account strategies, opportunity management, renewal performance, and territory priorities with key stakeholders.
• Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and CRM data accuracy to ensure visibility and objective attainment.
