Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Renewal Sales Specialist to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and customer success within an established client portfolio. You will manage outbound communications, maintain relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

You will leverage Salesforce and MS Office to analyze data, forecast quarterly results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a superior customer experience and adoption of our solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Prior experience in high volume calling is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.
• Track record of meeting individual and/or team sales quotas/goals.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and optimize new technology and data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities successfully.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/products/services; upsell when applicable.
• Work within a dedicated territory for an established client.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Master product knowledge to assess client needs and requirements.
• Promote products or services for the established client.
• Guide customers through onboarding and promote adoption to enhance the customer experience.
• Use data to identify at-risk accounts and adoption opportunities; remediate issues.
• Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers.
• Handle a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily; outbound communications dominate.
• Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions and with prospects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet expectations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and CRM usage.
• Keep the CRM updated with timely, relevant data.
