Job summary

Schneider Electric in Manila is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to track and manage customer orders, perform order entry and expedites, and provide phone and email support. You will coordinate with Field Sales Engineers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely updates, and compliance with SLAs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, experience in order entry/quotations, and customer service exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Engineering (ECE/EE/ME or related).
• Experience with order entry, quotations, and customer service processes.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage customer orders in the business system and respond as needed.
• Enter, expedite, and monitor orders to meet customer SLAs.
• Provide inbound/outbound customer support via phone and email.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Engineers and internal teams to schedule and expedite orders.
• Prepare quotes, pricing details, and necessary documentation for customers.
