Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, account management, customer service, contract management, or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with service contracts, renewals, CRM systems, and sales tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work North America business hours and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Send email notifications and quotes for 1-phase opportunities.
• Oversee service request process and communicate to partners and customers.
• Identify duplicate accounts and opportunities in bFS and clean data.
• Execute internal admin requests: master agreements, data cleansing, registrations and certificates.
• Support regional and global teams with various sales operations tasks.
