Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Technical Sales, Service Sales, Inside Sales, or Remote Sales environment.
• Experience selling industrial, electrical, automation, or power-related solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading and influencing a team remotely.
• Experience in customer-facing sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of service revenue through proactive remote selling activities.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy service opportunity pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for spare parts sales, modernization projects, and service contracts.
• Promote cross-selling of Schneider Electric service offerings across multiple business units.
• Engage customers through outbound sales activities while responding to inbound inquiries.
• Develop trusted customer relationships and become a key advisor for service-related needs.
• Understand customer installed base and identify opportunities for upgrades and modernization.
• Offer and close standard service proposals and work with operations for complex opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and opportunity updates within CRM tools.
• Support customer escalations and help improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to team members.
• Lead a team of four remote sales representatives and achieve performance targets.
• Support business growth across Pacific countries through remote engagement and sales initiatives.
