Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven track record in technical, remote or service sales roles in heavy engineering/energy management.
• Fluent verbal and written communication for Global (US) and Pacific stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive with experience managing complex customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of industrial power, energy management and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Growth & Pipeline Management: build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Technical Asset Positioning: identify modernization, maintenance, parts, and service opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Field Services, Marketing, Operations, and Product Units.
• Customer Relationship Management: act as trusted technical sales advisor and manage installed base.
• Accountability & Execution: manage assigned portfolios across markets including Global/US and Pacific.
• Escalation & CSAT Support: address escalations and drive customer satisfaction.
