Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Philippines. You will support Client Managers by preparing quotes, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely follow-up and CRM updates to drive revenue and margins.

The role emphasizes responsiveness, quote quality, and collaborative teamwork with Client Managers, focusing on renewals, enquiries and agreed actions while maintaining alignment with leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, technology, distribution, procurement, or a related commercial role.
• Experience in technology and Microsoft solutions is desirable but not essential.
• Experience using CRM, quoting, accounting, vendor, or distributor systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes for hardware, licensing and professional services.
• Work with Client Managers on transactional sales activity from initial request through to quote acceptance, order processing, customer updates and handover to delivery, finance or operations.
• Confirm pricing, availability, lead times, deal registration requirements and commercial conditions with vendors and distributors.
• Ensure quotes are clear, complete, commercially sound and aligned with customer requirements and Generation-e standards.
• Identify add-on, renewal and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate follow-up with the relevant Client Manager.
• Liaise with subject matter experts to support complex quotes and approved orders.
• Follow up quotes and renewals with timely actions and keep Client Manager informed.
• Maintain understanding of vendor programs and product information.
• Share customer feedback and market observations with the Client Manager and CRO.
• Escalate issues to appropriate leaders when required.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally with clear next steps.
• Support tender and RFP responses with product, pricing and vendor information.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, quote, activity and customer information in CRM.
• Use HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Teams, D-Tools and vendor portals consistently.
