You will monitor performance, coach for development, ensure CRM accuracy, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This onsite role requires flexibility for US EST hours and prior experience leading high-volume sales teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2B inside sales experience.
• 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite during US EST business hours.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to acquire or support new accounts.
• Drive daily and weekly sales targets through effective supervision and coaching.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to sales playbooks and quality standards.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins.
• Support skill development through call reviews and feedback.
