Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach others and manage conflict constructively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach inside sales team; manage KPIs.
• Generate new accounts via outbound prospecting and support campaigns.
• Identify gaps and collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze trends for strategy enhancements.
