• Minimum 2 years in inbound sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong consultative questioning and requirement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, website inquiries, referrals, and campaigns.
• Qualify prospects by location, facility type, waste streams, and timelines.
• Prepare quotes using approved pricing and templates.
• Coordinate onboarding with CS, Operations, Billing, and Implementation.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects.
