Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative for Hybrid night shift in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will convert qualified inbound inquiries into profitable customer relationships by understanding waste streams, service needs, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include responding to leads, qualifying prospects, coordinating pricing, preparing quotes, and coordinating onboarding with cross-functional teams. Strong English, CRM, and CRM-driven follow-up are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years in inbound sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong consultative questioning to uncover customer needs.
• Excellent spoken and written English for US customers.
• Strong telephone and written communication, follow-up and organization.
• Able to learn service offerings, pricing rules, and waste-stream terminology.
• Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, website inquiries, referrals, and campaigns.
• Qualify prospects by location, waste streams, pickup frequency, and decision timeline.
• Identify needs involving medical waste, hazardous waste, and compliance training.
• Confirm service locations fall within the company’s service area and obtain approvals.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using pricing and contract templates.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate onboarding with Operations, Billing, and Customer Service.
• Represent services accurately and avoid unapproved commitments.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and share market feedback.
• Assist with data entry and administrative tasks.
