MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative - Inbound to convert qualified inquiries into profitable customers. You will understand waste management requirements, service locations, volumes, and compliance needs, responding promptly to leads and coordinating pricing and serviceability reviews.

You will be responsible for delivering a professional first impression, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records while aligning with a schedule

Formación

• Two years in inbound sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing role.
• Strong consultative questioning and the ability to understand customer requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English; professional with U.S. business customers.
• Strong telephone and written communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn service offerings, pricing rules, serviceability, customer segments, and waste terminology.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, website inquiries, referrals, campaigns, and other leads.
• Qualify prospects by assessing location, facility type, waste streams, pickup frequency, volume, container needs, current provider, contract status, and decision timeline.
• Identify needs involving regulated waste, sharps, pharmaceutical waste, hazardous waste, universal waste, shredding, mail-back services, and compliance training.
• Refer questions to Compliance personnel.
• Confirm service locations fall within footprint and obtain Operations approval for nonstandard requirements.
• Prepare approved quotes and proposals using pricing, terms, surcharges, and templates.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate onboarding handoffs with Customer Service, Operations, Billing, and Implementation.
• Represent services accurately; avoid unapproved commitments on dates, pricing, or compliance.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and share market feedback with Sales/Marketing.
• Assist with data entry and admin projects.
