Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support our hiring workflow for driver candidates. This role brings recruitment and onboarding in-house, handling candidate communication, scheduling, and ATS tracking from first contact through onboarding across two locations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple pipelines, and can coordinate with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong candidate outreach, follow-up and scheduling skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and follow-up with driver candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with driver applicants.
• Manage candidate flow and pipeline status within the ATS.
• Coordinate onboarding steps and documentation for newly hired drivers.
• Collaborate with on-site teams across two locations to align hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records using Excel, Google Sheets, and Word/Docs.
• Communicate proactively with candidates to keep them engaged and informed.
• Support moving recruitment processes from external support to an in-house workflow.
