Job summary

Tavor Perry in the Philippines is looking for a Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to streamline our in-house recruitment and onboarding workflow. You will manage candidate communication, scheduling, and ATS-based tracking from first contact through to onboarding, coordinating with on-site teams across two locations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of running multiple candidate pipelines, and communicates clearly in writing and speech.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word/Google Docs.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong candidate outreach, follow-up, and scheduling skills.
• Dependable, precise and able to work under your own direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out outreach and follow-up with driver candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Set and confirm appointments with driver applicants.
• Run candidate flow and pipeline status within the ATS.
• Coordinate onboarding steps and documentation for newly hired drivers.
• Work with on-site teams across two locations so hiring and onboarding activities line up.
• Hold accurate, current candidate records in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word/Docs.
• Speak with candidates proactively so they stay engaged and informed at each stage.
• Back the move of recruitment processes from external support to an in-house workflow.
