Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to centralize our driver hiring and onboarding processes. You will manage candidate communication, scheduling, and ATS tracking from first contact through onboarding, enabling a smooth in-house workflow.

In this role, you will coordinate with on-site teams across two locations, maintain accurate candidate records in Excel/Sheets/Docs, and ensure timely onboarding steps.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word/Google Docs.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong candidate outreach, follow-up, and scheduling skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

We're on the hunt for a Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support our hiring process for driver candidates. This role is central to bringing our recruitment and onboarding workflow in-house, managing candidate communication, scheduling, and ATS-based tracking from first contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple candidate pipelines, and confident coordinating with teams across different locations.
